These terms govern the website design and build services offered through this site ("the Services") by CVR LLC FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE ("the Studio", "we") — contact info@cvrsnt.com — to the client ("you"). Ludovica Dagna is the Studio's creative lead.
We design, build and launch bespoke websites for artists. Published packages: Portfolio (€700), Portfolio + Shop (€990), Sculptors & Print (€1590) and Gallery / Collector (€2900). Each package includes what is listed on the pricing section of this site. Larger catalogues and bespoke requirements are quoted individually and confirmed in writing before work begins.
Submitting the application form is free and not binding. After a call in which we review your work, scope and timeline, we send you a written summary (for example on WhatsApp or email). The contract is formed when you confirm that summary and pay the agreed deposit.
To build your site we need materials from you (artwork images, biography, statement, texts, and for sculpture packages 3D-relevant photography). Timelines depend on receiving them; delays in materials extend delivery accordingly. You warrant that you own, or are licensed to use, all material you provide, and you indemnify the Studio against third-party claims arising from that material.
You approve the design before we build. Each package includes up to two rounds of revisions on the design and one round on the built site; further changes are quoted separately at a fair rate agreed in advance. Nothing goes live without your approval.
We register the agreed domain and set up hosting for you. Domain and hosting renewals after the first year, and ongoing care/maintenance plans, are separate from the one-time build price and are agreed explicitly. You always retain the right to transfer your domain away.
Typical delivery is a few weeks from receiving your materials. Dates we communicate are estimates made in good faith, not guaranteed deadlines, and depend on your feedback and materials arriving on time.
If you contract as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving reasons, by writing to info@cvrsnt.com. Since the Services are personalised and usually begin within those 14 days:
We build carefully and to a professional standard. Except for cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and without limiting rights that cannot be limited by law (including consumer rights), our total liability under a project is capped at the amount you paid for that project. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control (hosting network outages, payment providers, social platforms) or for the commercial results of your site.
Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 14 days of written notice. In case of termination, work performed up to that date is due proportionally; materials you provided are returned or deleted at your choice.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. We will always try to resolve any issue directly first: write to us and we will respond within a few days. Consumers may also use national out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR) bodies where available.
